cxpartners has run user testing in every continent (apart from Antarctica). Our experience enables us to run successful research projects in almost any country needed.
cxpartners have a network of user research agencies we’ve worked with in the past, and use these companies as a source of local information, as well as providing a translation service where required.
We have worked extensively across Europe, the USA and Asia, building up a body of cultural knowledge that we can bring to projects before testing commences.

A strong understanding of cultural expectations
Having a strong understanding of cultural expectations enables cxpartners to produce a valuable piece of research, containing recommendations on how to fix usability and user experience issues that we have identified.
cxpartners regularly facilitates international research projects. Usability tests are conducted in the local language and translators are provided for those observing.
We can also provide international research management. We can organise large-scale research projects by co-ordinating multiple research agencies to carry out user testing. cxpartners will then format all the results, putting them into one easy-to-use document that details the core themes.
As with all cxpartners reports, we will include clear recommendations, not just details of the issues we have found.
Communicating The User Experience is a wonderful new book by cxpartners' Richard Caddick and Steve Cable, available now.
We have put together a collection of essential Keynote, Omnigraffle and PowerPoint stencils in our Resources section for the UX professionals and enthusiasts out there
